Leadership Montana exists to develop leaders committed to building a better Montana through knowledge, collaboration, and civility.
We are a collaboration of Montanans from business, labor, healthcare, higher education, agriculture, non-profit organizations and government coming together to form a strong partnership for the betterment of our state. At the heart of the organization is an eight-month program that visits seven different communities across the state over the course of eight months - September through April.
Each three-day session includes these main components:
professional skills-building through an exclusive leadership development curriculum designed specifically for Leadership Montana
creating a deeper awareness of state issues through meaningful tours and presentations from community leaders
strengthening a network of leaders who collaborate to build a better Montana
