We have an exciting year ahead of us for nCall, with several new features and enhancements in the works.

What to expect from nCall in early 2020:
  • New scheduling tool set to assist with on-call rotas and client bookings
    • Plus scheduling integration with nCall Online
  • Further advancements to the nCall Hub to enhance nCall's remote-user functionality
  • New nCall History feature listing all previous data changes made by operators
