Fit For Life in Wokingham Without!

This successful community fitness class, aimed at the over 55s, has been running at the Memorial Hall since January 2019. The classes, which are tailored to your ability, include a keep fit session and an opportunity afterwards to enjoy a drink, a health snack, and the chance to socialise.
If your new year's resolution is to get more active, come along and try it!
