Our Chill & Restore Friday Night Live Yoga Class
is getting more and more popular.

Today, Friday, January 10th is a very special one as we welcome back
Laurie Pullen to our teaching staff at House of Yoga. 

Also this Friday is the first full moon of the new year!

Full Moon is a powerful time when we can meditate,
practice yoga asana and do ritual in order to invite abundance into our lives.

As always we will have live ambient music and we will be chanting mantras during class for you to invite the energy that is represented by the

Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha.

Together these energies clear the way so that abundance and resources can come in and have a seat in our lives.

Valentine's Evening Couples Yoga Class


Our Couples Valentine Yoga Class is the perfect way to cultivate
intimacy in your relationship. 

Durga Devi will lead a beautiful flowing restorative based asana practice
designed for partners to practice together.
David Shiva Das, musician, guitarist and sacred sound designer will create an ambient flow of musical soundscapes with mantras of love & intimacy specifically designed to open your hearts and minds so that the souls can connect with each other.
Tom Price will provide the drumming "heart beat"
of the music for the evening
to connect you to your own nature and to each other.

This class is open to all couples whether your relationship is that of friends, family or lovers.

and how to make your life sacred and exciting every day! 

You will learn to create new healthy habits and how to let go of old habits that do not serve your highest SELF.

New Hatha Yoga Class
With Meditation:  Mondays @ 8 pm with Durga Devi

Come practice Monday nights a gentle Hatha Yoga class that prepares
the body and mind for meditation.


Each month will include a different meditation technique.

This is an all levels class.
Hatha Yoga poses with a sprinkling of Restorative poses.

Opening the hips is part of preparing the body to sit for meditaiton
and will be included in each class.
Props are utilized to assist the body to open safely

and to be steady and supported.

Let us help your body to open gently,
to balance strength with receptivity
and to sit in a steady and 
comfortable seat to experience deep meditation.
