CEOs are not so different from everyone else


While a lot of attention is paid to where they went to school (we even wrote an article about it), the more important thing is what they studied.

Why is it more important? Because it can be emulated. Looking at the data, CEOs tended to study one (or both) of two subjects. Regardless of where they went to school or whether they came from wealthy families or not, urban or rural, you name it. This trend emerged. 

So what's it to you? If you're looking to become a leader - whether an actual CEO or another leadership role - you can figure out what you've got to study.
