Interfaith Panel Discussion
We will have another installment of our interfaith dialogue sessions tomorrow, January 11 from 10-12p at Masjid Al-Salam. The topic chosen for this session is ‘Death and Dying’ in part as a continuation of the Sunday school series led by Henry and Janet Bartosch. Dr. Mohammed Moinuddin will offer a Muslim perspective, Dr. Ordman will offer the Jewish perspective, and the Christian perspective will be offered by Rev. Will. Lunch will be provided by the mosque. Please join us!
Sunday School
Adult Sunday school meets Sundays at 9:30am in Room 13.
Children's and Youth's Sunday school meets every Sunday during worship.
Session Meeting
Will be held this Sunday, following worship.
Tai Chi for Health
Every Monday, at 6pm, in the Fellowship Hall. Please contact Cynthia Mealer at 833-1746 with questions.
MICAH Meeting
The monthly meeting will be held here on Tuesday, January 14, at 6pm in the sanctuary.
Singers and choristers, now hear this!
Come and experience the hippest choir around, and hang with some excessively groovy people!! Join us every Wednesday, at 7:30pm, in the sanctuary.
Saturday Supper
On January 18th, volunteers will meet at St. Luke's United Methodist Church to provide meals for those in need. We meet at 3:00 PM for meal preparation and begin serving food at 4:30 PM. St. Luke's UMC is located at 480 S. Highland St. on the corner of Highland and Mynders. Please contact Susan Baldwin if you are interested in joining us!
Book & Movie Club
The group will meet at 6 pm, on January 23, in room 13 to watch The Lunch Box. Pat Patterson will lead the discussion.
St. Luke's Food Pantry
Cans of main dish items with meat, beans, and pork 'n' beans are needed.
