Dr. Mark Pitstick and his book 'SoulProof'
Evolved Souls Don’t Need Long Earthly Lives
January 2019
by Mark Pitstick, MA, DC
To all parents, I am very sorry about the death of your child’s human form. However, I’m glad you are learning how to heal and transform. Six key understandings to making that shift are:
1. Over 99% of who and what your child is still alive in another phase of forever.
2. Only his earthly body died. Everything else continues – all the love, energy, humor,
personality, memory, energetic/subtle body, and much more. (See article #2
When a Child Changes Worlds at SoulProof.com) Really knowing this helps
you journey from a bereaved to shining light parent/family member.
3. She is happy, peaceful, and enthusiastic – and wants you to be that way now.
4. You will see her when you pass on and can enjoy relationships with her now. (To learn
more, see article #9 Visit With ‘Departed’ Loved Ones Now)
5. You can choose to transmute your grief into a spiritually transformative experience that
powerfully improves your life and blesses others.
6. You can heal and increase the gifts from his life by lovingly serving others
Many parents have realized this great news and are living happy and fulfilling lives again. You can do the same. It’s not easy and doesn’t happen overnight, but it is possible with small steps day by day. Here are five action steps . . .
- Attend local and online Helping Parents Heal meetings
- Contact The Caring Listeners to talk at no charge.
- Read free Articles for Healing & Transforming at SoulProof.com and take action steps.
- Listen to the free Radio Shows at SoulProof.com and our answers to life’s toughest questions, including “Why do children die?”
- Lean on others as needed. Later, when you are doing better, you can help others.
Q: My daughter Susan passed on three years ago. Sometimes I have wonderful dreams that we are visiting each other. At other times, I can briefly glimpse her out of the corner of my eye. I know she is alive and in contact with me, but how I become more aware of her? - Ruth
A: You’re off to a great start, Ruth and you are correct! Susan is very much alive and lets you know she is near. Those vivid dreams that leave you feeling more peaceful may actually be interdimensional visits. That fleeting glimpse might well be seeing her before your overly analytical brain concludes that it’s not possible. Congratulations for asking a very important question: ‘How can I become more aware of her?’
Fortunately, there is a wonderful way to quiet your judgmental brain and better perceive your beloved daughter. I created the Facilitated After-Death Communication (FADC) technique, a special way to enjoy visits with loved ones who have crossed over. Deep relaxation/hypnosis in this technique helps you become more calm and clear. It also helps quiet the judging brain that thinks the only life that exists is what the conventional five senses can detect. For optimal results, do this session in a quiet setting where you won’t be disturbed. Afterward, feel free to share with trusted family and friends.
After an FADC session, many bereaved parents and family members have described talking telepathically, feeling their child hold their hand and other very meaningful interactions. You can very likely enjoy this too. (Most people experience a visit the first time while others require some practice.)
I’ll conduct a group FADC session on Sunday, April 19th at the Helping Parents Heal Conference. If you can’t attend, you can use this technique at home with my audio product Facilitated ADC Technique. To learn more about this topic, see article #9: Visit with ‘Departed’ Loved Ones Now at SoulProof.com.
Hugs, love, and blessings,
Mark
Note: I mention my products so you know all the information/strategies needed for healing and transformation. Let me know if you truly cannot afford them and we’ll send digital copies.

Fellowship – Kheftsiyah’s story
I am on the Helping Parents Heal list of Caring listeners and when I do receive a call or an e-mail, I am honored to be of service. Recently Shkehlaht Yisrael from Tanzania, Africa contacted me to discuss the transition of her fifteen-year-old daughter, Kheftsiyah, nearly a year ago. When we spoke and in our subsequent conversations, she shared that she just desired to speak with a likeminded individual. As you can see below, shared with her permission, she is one of us; she gets it and it is a privilege to walk with her and all of you.
Yes – “Kheftsiyah is here…with us.”
If someone had told me at the beginning of this journey that our beloved daughter would have ascended at 15 years of age, I never would have believed it. She is such a vibrant, loving caring and talented, young woman. It just did not make any sense when it happened. Some days it still does not make any sense…
It is almost at the year celebration of our Kheftsiyah’s ascension, a day that will certainly be remembered. I will never forget her asking me if she was going to die after a spider had bitten her. I looked at her in utter amazement that she would even be thinking about dying at the age of 15. I, of course, told her she was not going to die and went to work to give her all manner of treatments to make sure that the toxins exited her body as soon as possible. You see, I am a lightworker and deal with health so I did what I do. During her drinking one of the mixes I had made, she looked at me and said, “I don’t want to die…” and I reassured her she was not going to die.
A couple of days later a friend brought us some fresh peanuts and we partook of them. The next day my husband, my youngest son and Kheftsiyah all fell ill. It just seemed like a bad case of the flu, even though we rarely get sick. So I dealt with it as such. In four days my husband recovered, but the children were still ill. So we kept giving them fluids and monitoring them. They seemed to be getting somewhat better. Then 26 November Kheftsiyah asked me if I could lay down with her, not a strange request, in and of itself, but it felt strange. The next day we decided we needed to make a determination if we needed to get her checked out. I took her to the bathroom and she asked me for some water. She took two sips and then she was gone. I tried CPR for what seemed like forever. In the meantime, I waited for my husband to return, as he was away. The whole process was so quick because of where we live. We laid her physical form to rest before the passing of 24 hours. The next day I had to take my son to the hospital so I was unable to grieve for Kheftsiyah as I was worried about him.
Then my son told me he had spoken with his sister, Kheftsiyah. I wasn’t shocked, but I was surprised. Then my older son told me that Kheftsiyah told him to tell me that if she ascended to tell me that she loved me very much. She told him this about three months before she ascended. I can hear her in the breeze. I often hear her calling me. I see glimpses of her walking by our room. I see her favorite animal, giraffes, on a regular basis. Whenever I think of her something related to her appears almost magically. My oracle cards tell me that she is fine. I think about her all the time.
I was thinking about her just recently when we were on safari. It was dusk and we were headed back to the room when we had to come to a screeching halt as a huge giraffe slowly meandered across the road. She looked me directly in my face. Then came the tears….. of joy. My Kheftsiyah is here…with us…

Kathy and Andy MacMannis
Please join me in welcoming our newest affiliate leaders, Kathy Fitzgibbons MacMannis and Andrew MacMannis of Fredericksburg, VA. We are grateful that you have joined us and we look forward to having you both as part of our team!
More about Kathy and Andy:
Andy was raised in Billings, NY. He graduated from Penn State University in 1985. He was commissioned into the Marine Corps the same year. Andrew served as an Infantry Officer for 30 years retiring at the rank of Colonel. Kathy was raised in Mamaroneck, NY. In marrying Andrew, Kathy married into the extended Marine Corps family. This was the perfect fit for Kathy as it filled 2 passions she had, travel and helping others. This started what she called her job as a “Professional Volunteer”. They lived in many locations around the world. They were blessed with 3 beautiful and energetic boys, Conor (1993), Jack (1996) and Aiden (1998).
In March of 2013 their youngest, Aiden, died by suicide at the age of 15. Eight months later their oldest son, Conor, died in an accidental fall while attending Penn State University. This started a journey in not only the deepest grief and pain a parent can experience, but also an extraordinary awakening and enlightenment that came in the form of signs, messages and real time communication. All of this has led them to know that Conor and Aiden continue this journey with them. They are still very present and together they have much work to do!

Absolutely wonderful meeting in Cave Creek on January 3rd! Another large crowd but we ALL missed our amazing Elizabeth Veney Boisson, who is on vacation in St Lucia! The meetings just get better and better! Four new parents joined us tonight but in addition to tears, they also had some laughs. We all shared lots of validation stories.
After hearing so many speak, one of our new moms who claims she hasn’t had any signs realized she did get a sign from her son! It was so awesome when she spoke up and said something like “I was wondering what that hummingbird was doing when it just kept fluttering around me”. 😂😂❤️❤️We are all here to help support each other! I love you all!

Hello dear friends, for our December meeting, the HPH Minneapolis/St. Paul group met at Lynn and Roger’s home. We each brought a dozen of our child/grandchild’s favorite Christmas cookies and an appetizer to share. We then were each given a candle to light and talk about the meaning behind our choices of food in honor of our children and anything else that we felt compelled to say, finishing by putting our candles In a bowl of sand that lit up the room! It was lovely!
A member of our group whom we call our resident artist, designed and created a spirit animal and had a card to give for each of us!
We then introduced our memory board to the group and went around and talked about our photos.
As usual, the room was crowded as our kids were there in spirit and we all left with our hearts full💗

The Bells of Remembrance Project was begun by The Franciscan Center and is an interactive bell ringing memorial. The project was begun in the days following the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the bells were taken to the Sandy Hook Elementary school in Newtown CT after the shooting there as a memorial for the children, teachers, and staff. Eighteen bells, ranging in weight from 5000 lbs to 125 lbs are suspended from steel frames and permanently mounted onto trailers. The bells are rung manually by the memorial attendees. Our Leesburg HPH parents each rang a bell after saying their child’s name. It was a beautiful and moving evening.

Intuitive Medium Geof Jowett
We had our third meeting in December. It was great, full of peace and joy. We had a medium, Geof Jowett, who share various techniques of contacting and feeling the presence of our love ones. We shared one of our child’s favorite Christmas gifts. As we went around the circle, We each share our child’s favorite clothing, then favorite color, then favorite food, then favorite song and etc. I think it allowed us to feel our child’s presence. We shared peace and heartfelt joy. We shared love and comfort for the holiday season. Thank you for Helping Parents Heal. There was great healing.

At our December meeting, we had wonderful Isabella Johnson actually come to the house and do readings for each of us. She was so sweet. And so amazing! We tried to pay her, but she wouldn’t take it. So we will donate it to HPH! 170$ was raised! Thank you so much, Isabella!
Then at our January meeting, we had quite the experience! We had a local therapist who does past life regressions. Joe Turiano. It was so amazing! He shed so much light on our past lives. And his past lives and proof of it! It was so educational and I scheduled an appt with Joe to get my past life done! Thank you, Joe!

On December 9th, we had our December meeting. Usually, in December, another group I belong to makes grave blankets for the cemetery. It occurred to me that those who cremate might not have a cemetery place to decorate, so I decided to thin out my craft closet and offer table centerpieces to our group instead. (It’s like a miniature version of a grave blanket).
We had 20 show up for our meeting. (One grandpa even came alone because his wife was sick!) Six families were new this year, some were as recent as October. We didn’t have a “formal” meeting but just chatted and got acquainted again while creating beauty in our sorrow.
All the parents LOVED this and want to make it an annual event. I either get donations or buy stuff on clearance after Christmas for the next year...so they are reasonably inexpensive.
What a fabulous night! Here are the centerpieces.

Lynn and Jeff Hollahan, Lucille Masko and the Parents of HPH Scottsdale Book Club
We had a wonderful Bookclub gathering last night. Fourteen people came out on a rainy night with their child’s favorite food for our potluck dinner. We made luminaries with our children’s names which we huddled together outside out of the rain. Lucille Masko came and read from her beautiful book of poems about her 9-year-old daughter who passed away in a sledding accident. She was gracious enough to bring a copy of her book for each of us. We closed out our evening with a book exchange then all gathered together for a heartfelt candle lighting ceremony.

Helping Parents Heal - Tampa
The Parents of Helping Parents Heal, Tampa with Marlene Stovall
The Gift of Connection…As we all know far too well, the holidays can be a painful challenge for parents struggling with their child’s passing. Gathering with a group of fellow parents and hearing readings with a medium can help ease that pain, even when it is not your child who comes through; for this year’s December gathering, Tampa’s Helping Parents Heal group was extraordinarily fortunate to have three mediums giving readings, allowing more children the opportunity to come through and connect with their parents.
The meeting was held at the festively decorated home of co-leader Amy Diehl and her husband Paul. This year, our guest Medium Marlene Stovall - who did readings in tandem with Suzanne Giesemann at last year’s holiday meeting - brought with her two experienced mediums, Donna Elchin, and Sharon Jones to join her in bringing through beautiful messages for our assembled parents. Thirty-two folks, including Tampa Affiliate Co-Leaders Cathy Zimmerman and Marla Grant and Pinellas Affiliate Leader, Laura Grimme McCullough, attended and with three mediums taking turns doing readings, they were able to bring through 12 children including one little boy whose mother isn’t a member and wasn’t at the event but is the friend of a parent in our group who was there. This reading was later validated to be completely accurate by the grateful mom. What a great testament to the ability of our kids in spirit to find a way to get through to us however they can! There was so much healing that night and the energy was still high even as everyone finally dispersed for the evening. We are so grateful to Marlene, Donna, and Sharon for sharing their gifts and abilities to bring comfort and solace to our family of HPH parents during what can be an incredibly difficult time of year.

Amy and Marc Adams
HPH Portland hosted its 4th meeting on December 19th with 15 beautifully open souls in attendance. We were blessed with readings from evidential medium Joshua John and boy did we hear some evidence! Joshua John channeled the spirit of many loved ones for almost 2 hours. Joshua John is a local medium who found his gift in his early twenties. Knowing many of these parents from our local Compassionate Friends group we had a good sense of their children in spirit. It was enjoyable for us to hear JJ describe their children as we have heard their parents describe them. How powerful to be in a group supporting and loving each other and our beautiful children. This was our first meeting with a medium as our guest. The strength of connection for all of us was a gift. A gift from the universe.
