GUIDELINES 


Please take the time to read the ARC Guidelines on the Hidden Hills webpage. An approval is required before any exterior change can be implemented.
This includes any addition, sunroom, remodeling, fencing, pools, or landscaping. Complete the attached application and submit a copy of your sketch or plan(s) to the Association office or the ARC Chairman, Dylan Talbot.

Pool season
will soon
be in full swing!


Volunteers are needed to check the pool every evening, empty skimmers, pick up trash, check the bathrooms, and make sure everything is tidy for the following day.

If you are able
to take a week
(Monday through Sunday),
It is greatly 
appreciated!

ASSESSMENTS ARE DUE NOW!


Any homeowner that has
not paid $338 or half of $368 is now past due and the full amount must now be paid


Late Charge!
A $75.00 late fee will apply if any
homeowner has not paid their
2020 assessment

Stop Signs

For those of you who were not at
the annual meeting, John Shirley
our Rankin County Prosecutor,
enlightened us on a way
we can help stop
people running STOP signs
in our neighborhood.   

When you see someone run a STOP sign in Hidden Hills, if you can get a photo of their tag number and send it to Judge Shirley, along with your
contact information to John@RankinProsecutor.com
he is able to find out who the owns the vehicle and will send them a letter notifying them of the offence.

We are hoping this will help stop or at least slow  them down from speeding through
our stop signs in the neighborhood.
