The Coordinating Committee For Automotive Repair (CCAR) and Tuning in to Safety author Tony Martin are partnering for an informative webinar on Wednesday, January 29th at 6PM CST.

Many business owners lack awareness of the magnitude of the costs related to a workplace injury. The direct costs are expensive by themselves but the indirect costs, also known as hidden costs, can be staggering and aren't typically covered by insurance. This webinar is intended to provide the business owner with information that can help them make better decisions regarding the role that safety will play in their future plans.

Tony Martin is the author of Tuning In to Safety, a book that is written for all employees in an organization and addresses mindsets regarding safety best practice. Tony is a Canadian Interprovincial Red Seal graduate and has worked in industry and post-secondary education for over 35 years. He has been a contributing editor for Motor Age magazine since 2006 and has written articles and presented seminars for the Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS). He maintains a blog on his website www.tuningintosafety.com, which is intended to inspire reflection and introspection on relevant safety issues.
