Thank you for coming to class last Wednesday. I hope you enjoyed creating your reset buttons. I think everyone did a great job and hope to see you at another workshop. The more you practice the Zentangle Method, the more natural it becomes. This makes it quicker and easier to lose yourself in the flow and allows you to get the most benefit from your tangling.

Always keep in mind:
- Make deliberate stokes, no second guessing.
- You are doing it right! There are no mistakes in Zentangle, only opportunities to explore unexpected directions.
- Relax, breathe, smile.

I hope you enjoy the format of the workshops. If there is anything I can do to make them more enjoyable, please let me know. I want to create a fun and relaxing experience for you.

Please bring a notebook with you to keep track of the tangles you will be learning. Since you didn't have a notebook with you, I've done a few quick videos of some of the tangles we did as a reminder. Feel free to start your notebook with these.

I have to leave class early on Wednesday, but my friend Lynne Hawthorne, also a CZT, will help finish the class. She is so sweet. You will love her and I hope you find it interesting to hear about Zentangle from another's perspective.

Happy Tangling,

Cris
