Annual Competition Winners with Certificates

As Competition Secretary for the Society I am always pleased at this time of year to receive the rush of last minute entries for the society's annual competition. In order that the competition is a success I still need more entries, I hope that I can encourage you to enter this year.

The Stereoscopic Society annual competition and exhibition for 2020 has until Friday (31 January)  to receive entries.

You can find full details of this years competition and entry form on the society website competition and exhibition page.

The competition still accepts entries as film slides and photographic prints as well as modern digital files.  You should have received the entry form with the recent Society magazine before Christmas, or download a copy now.

To send slides, prints or a disk of digital images by post please follow the instructions on the entry form and post to the address specified - with your completed copy of the form.  Please phone or email me to warn of your last minute postal entry.

Alternatively you can email digital entries directly to me at: competition@stereoscopicsociety.org.uk. Please include your details as requested on the entry form in the body of the email along with titles for the images and into which subject heading you are submitting each image.

Details of the subject headings for digital entry and format specifications are all included on the entry form.

As in previous years the intention is to show all images submitted, except those with viewing problems, at the London and Coventry meetings, and a shortened show of winners at the annual convention.

The competition is open to all current members and competition entry is free, I look forward to hearing from you.

David Ford.

Once you have sent your competition entries to David Ford, why not also send some to support our ISU colleagues in Austria and Australia (small entry fees for both).
