If you did not get the chance to join us at our registration evening last week, you are able to register at the clubhouse on Tuesdays (17h30-18h00) where kit is also on sale.
PENINSULA BUS
We will once again be arranging transport for the Peninsula Half and Full Marathon taking place on Sunday, 26 February. The transport process will work as follows:
- Park your car at respective starts.
- Run the race to the finish venue in Simon's Town
- Convene at the bus no later than 12h00
- Bus will make a stop at Bervliet (start of half) and Green Point (start of marathon)
To use this facility is R65 per person. EFT in club's bank account and PENBUS + Surname. After you have made payment, please forward proof of payment and names of people you are paying for with the subject line PENBUS to committee@edgemeadrunners.org.za.
Please let us know if you place in races over the weekend. Not only for the newsletter, but podium positions at ASA affiliated races also contribute to monthly club awards.
If you have run any other ASA affiliated races outside of the WPA district, please send the official results in the form of a spreadsheet (usually released by race or district) or a screenshot of the result from the race website to office@edgemeadrunners.org.za
