All volunteers must fill out a volunteer registration form and complete HIPAA Privacy and Information Security Training to volunteer at sites. Please scan your responses/certificates and send the file to pch@ucla.edu.

  PCH's 19th annual "Our Lady of Peace" health fair is approaching and we are excited to get the show running! We are currently looking for volunteers to help out in this health fair but in order to be one, you MUST attend this orientation session. If you cannot make this orientation session, please contact one of the health fair directors. Although it's is listed from 6:30pm-7:30pm we do not expect for this orientation session to last the entire hour.

   Hi everyone! Come join us and play board games or do arts and crafts with fun elders at Santa Monica Home and Care! No orientation is required :). Just fill out this form and we will message you where and what time we will be leaving as the site approaches! ription
   
• Preventive Health Site

  Come join our Preventive Health Directors, Katherine, Nicolo and Bryan, at our hype site this Sunday (2/2) at American Ranch & Seafood Market in East Hollywood!
  Rides shall be provided to and from UCLA. We only have space for 5 volunteers, however, so please sign up as soon as possible!
  Please come in UCLA/PCH apparel, and bring some money if you would like to go eat afterwards!

• Hypertension Training

  CHS 23-105, meet in front of La Kretz at 5:45 PM

  We will be having hype training next Thursday, February 6, 6-8 PM at CHS 23-105. We will meet up at La Kretz by 5:45 PM and then head to CHS together. This is the only remaining hype training before our health fair on Sunday, February 9!
  Due to limited space, we can only accommodate 10 people from PCH. Please sign up HERE with your name and phone number by this Wednesday, January 29 at 11:59 PM. Feel free to sign up for the remaining training date this quarter in advance!
