Your invoice for your current Xero Subscriptions is Changing. Xero has now integrated with a new payment system. We now offer 2 direct debit payment solutions:
You will need to opt in on your next invoice unless you opt in early.
IMPORTANT: If you do not opt in for Direct Debit, we will transfer back the subscription to you for self management. P&L Accountants pass on a 10% Discount on Business Xero subscriptions that we manage.
To set up Direct Debit via Credit Card:
Note: a small fee applies for using Credit Cards and is charged directly by the software provider.
From your Invoice:
Step 1 Click PAY NOW – then Select Credit Card
Step 2 Enter your Credit Card Details.
Step 3 Tick the Setup Auto Pay on future invoices button and click PAY
That’s it! From now on, You will have your xero subscription invoices automatically deducted from your account. Do not make manual payment for Xero Subscription invoices in future.
To set up Direct Debit via Bank Account:

Step 1 Select PAY NOW
Step 2 Select Direct Debit
Step 3 Select Set up Direct Debit and fill in the Form
