This week's dishes:
Ivory Lentils; Lentil Loaf; Purple Potato Salad; Beet and Citrus Salad; Nutty Pear Cobbler
 
 
 
Ivory Lentils: Ivory lentils, onions, celery, garlic, celery root, parsnips, swiss chard and vegetable broth.
 
 
Lentil Loaf: Red lentils, polenta, spinach, tomatoes, onions, celery, leeks, garlic, shallots, smoked paprika, vegetable broth. Sauce: Yellow bell peppers, onion, celery, garlic, fennel, basil and vegetable broth.
 
 
Purple Potato Salad: Purple potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, green onions, mustard, celery, parsley and black pepper.
 
 
Beet and Citrus Salad: Golden beets, jicama, oranges, celery and pumpkin seeds.
 
 
Nutty Pear Cobbler: Pears, blueberries, coconut, almonds, and dates.
