Dear Parish Leaders,
On Saturday March 21st, beginning at 10am, we will be holding a Wardens, Treasurers and New Vestry Members Conference in Miller Hall at Trinity Cathedral. In addition to having dedicated time to talk with fellow parish officers from different congregations, some of the main topics that we will be discussing will include: responsibilities of being an employer, discussions of our 10-year diocesan plan, a calendar timeline of annual Vestry responsibilities and a presentation on Episcopal Church polity. We are also inviting someone to make a presentation about a program to help our congregations with contractors in the event of an emergency. Lunch will be provided. We are inviting parish officers and Vestry members to this event.
