Hello dear friends,

I hope this news letter finds you well.

I always love this time of year, when new year's resolutions have become habits and progress is in full swing. New pieces are coming together and there may even be room for some more new repertoire to play.

There has been a huge demand in free violin lessons in recent weeks, so I have started to further develop the
Pro-Am Strings Youtube channel.
There is a new series called 'Break it Down and Practise Violin Together". These free play-along violin tutorials show you how to play all the Dominant and Diminished Sevenths as set for the ABRSM Grade 5, 6 and 7 exams.

I am currently filming the 'Play Suzuki Violin' series, so do come and join us on Youtube and be a part of it!

In recent days, clearly there has been demand for new inspiration, as quite a few of you have downloaded repertoire lists from our website. I hope that we can help you find the music you like to play and support you wherever we can to learn these pieces to a very high standard.

Last month, we trialled the email practise reminder. It turned out ot be a great succes. Many of our friends subscribed to receive a daily email from us to remind them to practise.
if you want ot give this a go, please subscribe here.
As always: we want to inspire you to get better at playing, for the simple reason that when you play better, you will enjoy your playing more.

Thank you for taking the time to read this news letter.
