Adam Jacobs
District 5 representative

Adam Jacobs began his term in 2019 but had previously worked on canvassing and voter outreach for the Kerry and Obama campaigns while living in New York City.  After a career in education in Brooklyn and working as a private tutor, Adam decided to move back South to be closer to family just up the road in Jesup.
Since moving to Brunswick, Adam worked on managing rental properties as well as dabbling in flipping houses but recently decided to get back into the field of education.

Excited about turning Glynn County blue and getting more folks involved in our community concerns, in his off-time Adam can be found taking his dogs Moti and Maya to the beach or building furniture out of found materials.
Bonnie Hunter
District 2 Representative

Bonnie moved to St. Simons at age 2 and has lived in Glynn County off and on since then. After moving back to the area in 2018 with her teenage son, Bonnie took her position with the Glynn Dems in the fall of 2019.

Bonnie attended Louisiana State University and later graduated from George Mason University with a BFA in Creative Writing. She has had many jobs over the last two decades including dance teacher, hair stylist and restaurant manager.
