Pearl Jam Tour Policies


Hello Valued Partners,

We are reaching out to inform you of delivery issues and expectations for the upcoming Pearl Jam tour, which will go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 am EST.

The band and management have elected to disable transfers, and rotate barcodes for all tickets being sold on their upcoming tour. This means that the common delivery methods of, Mobile Transfers and Mobile QR deliveries, will not work for these events. This limitation will apply to all tour stops, except for Denver and New York; where state law prohibits primary markets from removing a ticket's transferability. 

As a result, you will see inventory listed with two distinct delivery methods that our suppliers will use to ensure your clients are able to enter the event.
  1. If you buy a mobile ticket, we will provide an email and a password to the account where the client can access their tickets.
  2. If you buy a paperless walk-in ticket, we will require your customer's name and number and will provide the contact information and the number of the representative on-site that will meet the clients to walk them in.
