2020 New Year New Start
Welcome back!  We hope you all had a good break and have come back refreshed and ready to start 2020!

We have hit the ground running this year and started the testing phase of our Impact Measurement Project. We secured Riley Klug from the McCusker Progam to complete this project for us. He has been calling back past clients to find out how they have been getting on with their issues. We are doing this to ensure our service is providing people with the advice they need and that people are able to follow our instructions. This has been an innovative project for us and we are excited to share the results in the coming months.

We are also starting our Hancock Creative Gain and Retain journey.  We successfully received a grant towards the cost of a year-long mentoring program that will enable us to get the most we can out of our social media. Please follow our channels here and come on this journey with us:

CCLSWA continues to represent Western Australians as the experts in Banking and Finance Law.  Gemma was invited to fly to Sydney to attend a panel discussion about what has changed over the past year and what still needs to be done on the #Banking RC.  The event is run by The Australian Banking Association, in conjunction with the Trans-Tasman Business Circle

We will be running a training session on Wednesday 5th of February to upskill Law Acess staff members. CLC staff are also invited so get in quick!  We can run bespoke training for your organisation - just contact us on admin@cclswa.org.au with your needs. We can do webinars or in-person presentations in the Perth area.
CCLSWA providing feedback to industry
We were delighted to have the opportunity to meet with Bankwest and  Pioneer Credit this month. We welcome open discussions with banks and debt collection agencies about issues facing our clients. It’s also an opportunity for us to provide feedback on how they can improve their practices and procedures.
