I hope your start to 2020 was everything you hoped for because for many that wasn't the case. What amazed me through all the turmoil was the sense of community and compassion that left me shedding more than one tear 😢 

It's hard to believe that January is already done and dusted - I like to think of January as a trial month, you know ease into things, appreciate the sunny days 🌞 and take some pressure off myself before the hustle and grind mentality takes over. What about you, how do you face January?

January also sees the goal setting ground swell flood our inbox, often making us feel inadequate, so I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that it's not the 'be all and end all' if you don't have your 5 and 10 year goals printed and laminated on your office wall 😲

But the start of the year is a motivator, so to help get your mind into the game and set yourself up for an awesome 2020 I have put together the (Re)Focus Checklist, you can find it here - no opt in required. 

It's a great way to see what is working and what might have slipped through the cracks in the ALL THE BUSYNESS. The checklist can be used at anytime, not just the start of the year.
