“Caring for your body, mind, and spirit is your greatest and grandest responsibility. It’s about listening to the needs of your soul and then honoring them.”  -Kristi Ling

Principal Corner
This time of year can be stressful and we are looking for outlets to relieve stress and tension. The workshop attended the other day on being in the “Yellow Zone” spoke about being resilient and creating our happiness through a positive outlook. To build resiliency is to express gratitude in many different ways. Focus on what we have and not we don’t have. This often get lost in our daily work and walk through life.

Thank you for being you! You are an amazing staff and I am grateful to work with a fantastic group of individuals dedicated to their craft!

Many of us attended the session on the Flourishing in the Yellow Zone, if you missed the presentation then here is the link below. I have connected with them about coming to parent/teacher conference nights to offer resources for our families.

From the Kitchen
Lunch Counts:
Please make sure that you are using a highlighter when marking your lunch slips and NOT a marker. It is to hard to read the names when they are crossed out with markers.

Field Trips:
If your class will be attending a field trip, please give the kitchen 10 days notice so that they can make sure the food is ordered so they can prepare bag lunches.
