The redevelopment of the long vacant East Haven High School building into 70 new mixed income, elderly apartments. The project is financed in large part through a LIHTC award from Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) and is targeting certification through the Passive House Institute’s EnerPHit standard.

Meriden
The new construction project, owned by the City of Meriden, consists of three buildings offering townhome units, apartment-style dwellings, a parking garage, and office/conference space. A percentage of the 81 total dwellings will be affordable, and several will be accessible Type A units. The development is being designed for Passive House construction in compliance with PHIUS+ certification criteria.
