History is a new tool to monitor changes made in nCall
The new nCall History feature is here!
nCall History enables you to monitor changes as they happen in nCall. By going to View > History you will be presented all changes made within a user-defined period of time.
Get in touch with nSolve Support if you want to test out the new feature.
*Top Tip*
Access a specific Client or Contact's Notes history by right-clicking and selecting History...
