Chakras, or energy centers, manage every aspect of your being — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Learn about each of the seven main energy centers and how to balance and appreciate each one.
After learning the basics, create a set of seven essential oil roller-balls, each designed to support the corresponding chakra.
CBD oil samples will be provided upon arrival to reduce anxiety, promote a sense of calm, and prepare the mind and body for a restful sound bath to follow.
Practical Magic CBD oil is locally made, organic, whole plant, small batch, hand-crafted, and lab-tested for purity and consistency.
Begin with a guided meditation journey through your energy centers, followed by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes to integrate the resulting balanced energy into body, mind, and spirit.
Janice paints both representational and abstract pieces, but abstract is her true love. In her paintings Janice tries to interpret or respond to an idea or an emotion, but most of all she tries to make something beautiful.

Are you into the light? From Caravaggio to Turrell, light is essential for art. With digital effects, or old master techniques, and in every imaginable medium, artists capture and reflect light in all its forms. Since time immemorial, the radiance of light has expressed spiritual illumination, and the thirst for transcendence. Today, experimental works utilize technology to reveal the world in a new light. Enlighten the juror of Into the Light with the brilliance of your work --- traditional or avant-garde, figurative or abstract --- in all mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, video, installation art, functional objects, fashion and craft. Into the Light seeks artworks in all media to brighten our spirits in these dark times. Without art, there is no light.
Exhibition runs February 1 - March 28
MARE VITALIS EXHIBITION Featuring Wendy Stillman runs through March 22
The importance of the sea in maritime communities is evident in the work of three painters: Alex Weinstein, Wendy Stillman, and Marlene Yamada. Their work spans from abstract to representational, and the idea of ocean is represented through specific cultural references, philosophical theories about nature and beauty, and the physicality and motion of water.
