The beginning of the year was characterized by feeling the ENDINGS of old cycles or subjects – with Self and others. Correctional processes like this can throw us off and lead to an emotional or spiritual crisis, accompanied by excessive worrying, projecting fear or anger towards others or the world altogether. They force us to LEAVE OUR COMFORT ZONE and trigger our ego - and with it our ego's struggle for emotional, mental, physical or spiritual survival. However, there is also a wonderful opportunity for a NEW & FRESH BEGINNING.

Don't be afraid of taking an honest inventory. It will give us the needed QUANTUM LEAP ENERGY TO RENOVATE our lives. It brings forth a shift in awareness that can change our lives!

It's often difficult to see this at first when we are in the midst of this struggle with a new reality, but witnessing the collapse of our dreams, hopes, plans or even relationships can bring in a new level of self-awareness. As our egos are struggling to figure out how to reinstate inner peace and status quo it can literally feel like a battle of (proverbial) life and death - all or nothing. But if we take a moment to stop the robotic survival program that was triggered in us, we might realize that this is like a new chance for a MAKE-OVER. If we can set our momentary or automatic ego struggle aside, and review your latest experiences.

What have you learned from this disappointment, illusion or perceived failure?

Is there a key to a brighter, more fulfilling or more abundant future in my past experiences?

Overall, the energetic intensity of February will force us to see through ILLUSIONS, FAKE NEWS & FALSE ATTACKS by trusting in our INNER CONNECTION. This will help us to TRUST IN OUR INNER GUIDANCE and allow for greater CLARITY & DISCERNMENT leading to more CONGRUENT & AUTHENTIC CHOICES that will determine our life for the next ten years at least. It will all be about CONNECTION, CONNECTIVITY & COLLECTIVE TRANSFORMATION. It will matter how AUTHENTIC we are, how true our connections are and how true we can be with ourselves.

It is the deeper reflection and illumination of untruths that we are all so afraid of. Our ego's psychology makes us anxious and drives us into the addictive coping mechanism of HOLDING ON TO ILLUSIONS. This is coming to an end. Whatever idea, project or prospect we've been struggling with in the past 1,5 years is now completed. This new clarity allows us to consciously experience our own AUTHENTICITY. It will strengthen us in an unexpected way and allow us to make the necessary CORRECTIONS that can help us to BREAK THROUGH THE INERTIA OF DISTRACTION & AVOIDANCE.

The reason why many perceive this as challenging is our ego's counterproductive preference for the familiar old - true or not. Change is scary for our ego and so the major obstacle this month will be our ability to FACE OUR FEAR OF BEING LEFT BEHIND.

From an energetic point of view, the most important skill to get through the transition phase into a NEW SENSE OF SELF is our ability to connect, within and with others.

In CONNECTION we can experience feedback, exchange and express who we are. Without connecting with something our life feels stressful, empty, alone, and even worthless and anxious. We all need connection! But in times of polarization and uncertainty, the ability to connect and build relationships can be difficult. As soon as our survival instincts are triggered our ego takes over. Continued FRICTION BETWEEN PEOPLE, GENDERS, NATIONS, ECONOMIES, POLITICS, MEDIA and especially EARTH CHANGES & HEALTH CHALLENGES will make people around us angry and act out in ego. It will challenge our PATIENCE and our ability to STAY TRUE, NEUTRAL, EMPATHETIC & OPEN non-stop.

AUTHENTICITY comes from a solid inner connection. As it ups our vibes it leads to more connection and supportive people in our lives, which can make us feel alive and give us purpose. But in its lower expression, it can also induce fixations, anxiety, anger, rage, betrayal, envy, jealousy, control and manipulation. All of these unhealthy variations of inauthentic behaviors will be of a massive MIND SHIFT in February.

Our increasing energetic sensitivity can make us quite susceptible to feeling these collective corrections through strong physical sensations or emotional ROLLERCOASTERS, unaware of how our own energies are being pushed, manipulated and bombarded through accepting or enabling untruths in our lives. It can lead to us easily getting pulled into lower vibratory states. The only way to counteract this gravity is by consequently shedding all our FALSE SELF IDENTIFICATIONS, be it through making a stance for ourselves, following our true calling or simply deciding to no longer buy into untruths.

Authenticity liberates!

Overall, the following month will be characterized by intensified correction and a further speeding up of deeper clearing processes affecting especially our COURAGE TO CONNECT. This can show in many different areas: Overall social chaos, people suddenly 'going nuts', terrorism, and deeply confusing inner turmoil. Self-worth issues, relationship issues, loneliness and increased feelings of 'wanting to give-up' are common in these times. It is therefore of utmost importance to remember that we are not isolated beings, and that much of our inner perception relates to what is going on in the collective! In short:

DON'T TAKE EVERYTHING PERSONALLY! SEE THIS TIME AS A NEEDED HOUSEKEEPING, GET INSPIRED BY TRYING A NEW APPROACH AND DON'T FALL FOR BELIEVING YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE FEELING THIS WAY! SHARE AND CONNECT WITH OTHERS!

With allowing the CONFRONTATION WITH UNTRUTHS for the sake of self-growth you will realize that your growth no longer needs to happen through repeating pain, but through AWAKENING TO YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF.
