Aloha <<First Name>>!
In a gentle way, you can shake the world. - Mahatma Gandhi
October 2, 1869 - January 30, 1948
On this day when we remember Mahatma Gandhi, that great leader for peace, we recall how he non-violently liberated India from 200 years of rule by the mighty British Empire. Astounding.
Similarly, each of us can gently revolutionize any aspect of our lives that needs a change. Many of us at Still & Moving Center - perhaps including you - have discovered that simply moving our bodies in healthy, stimulating way can help us drop the cares of the day. We release stress, come home with a smile and a bounce to our step.
Let this month’s line-up of fabulous new classes shake your world. Especially if aligns with your New Year’s resolution. Try it!
To make it that much easier to attend class, we’re offering great membership bonuses worth up to $100, now through February 14th. Come talk with us about how!
Resting in stillness and moving in Joy with you,
Your friends at Still & Moving Center

Valence Jumpers
In chemistry, an energy gain can trigger an electron to move (jump) to an outer shell of an atom; this is known as a valence jump. At Still & Moving Center, an energy gain, recognized by the number of classes taken, is registered by a student moving closer to the 1000 class center circle. Past 1,000 classes, students move into the outer stratosphere.
