Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

In life there are moments of truth, critical points that direct the course of ones life and actions. Contrasting words often define these moments, words such as stop or go, left or right, truth or lies and even life or death.  Two very distinct words, penance or repentance are at odds with each other. For the  Catholic person these contrasting words represent two separate doorways leading to the eternal.

Former Dominican Nun Amanda Scopilliti and former Catholic Greg Bentley discuss the difficulties that Roman Catholics face as they struggle to understand the biblical doctrine of repentance.
