One Stop Student Services Center

Students should visit Records Hall (suite 140) for assistance with Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounting. All payments, however, should be directed to the Cashier's Office (suite 138). Providing service across these areas in one location promotes integrated levels of service and a more efficient experience for students. This new format will be in place until the physical One Stop Student Services Center on Busch campus is completed and operational in fall 2021.

The office is open for walk-in inquiries Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm.

Students can also contact a Student Services Advisor via email by using the following contact forms:

Financial Aid

Registrar

Student Accounting

Student Accounting is officially on the Rutgers App, making it even easier for students to pay their term bill, sign up for direct deposit, add an authorized user, and complete exit counseling. Spring 2020 semester term bills are now available; students can view and pay their bill at paymybill.rutgers.edu. It is advisable for all students to check their due date on their term bill to avoid late fees.

Zimmerli Museum Updates

Did You Make a New Year Resolution to Experience More Art?
Join us for two new exhibitions in the coming weeks. “It makes me think of that awful day…” The Natural World in the Anthropocene, which opens January 18, examines humankind’s place within – and impact on – the natural world. Everyday Soviet: Soviet Industrial Design and Nonconformist Art (1959-1989) opens February 8, exploring the influence of anonymous designers on individual artists, many of whom achieved international acclaim in the contemporary art world.

Art After Hours: First Tuesdays returns for the new year on February 4. The evening includes a tour of Dialogues—Ilya Kabakov and Viktor Pivovarov: Stories About Ourselves led by guest curator Ksenia Nouril (a Rutgers alum!), a screening of Amei Wallach’s 2013 film Ilya and Emilia Kabakov: Enter Here, live music, and complimentary refreshments.

The
Zimmerli Art Museum is located at 71 Hamilton Street on the College Avenue Campus. Admission to the museum, as well as the programs listed, are free and open to the public. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for updates!
