Free Evening Parking at Lakeview

& College Street Garages

For a limited time, two of the municipal garages will be free for all visitors from 5 p.m. to midnight.  Lakeview and College Street garages, with well over 1100 spaces and highly under-utilized in the evenings, will be free of charge for a limited time in the evening thanks to surplus funds available after the holiday parking promotion. This offer does not include Marketplace Garage.

The entrance to Lakeview Garage is off of Cherry Street, between Hotel Vermont and Hen of the Wood. The entrance to College Street is near the intersection of S. Champlain Street and College Street. The Battery Street entrance is temporarily out of service.
