It's cold!! Don't forget to stretch!!

When the temperature drop and our desire to get fit in 2020 collide what could happen is...PAIN! Working out, improving our fitness and building muscle is so vital to great overall health. Let's just make sure that we are doing a simple thing to avoid injury. STRETCH! Exercising when your muscles are cold is more likely to cause injury. Simple motions to bring blood to your muscles and increase elasticity will decrease your risk of injury. Arm circles, leg swings, even just doing some of the motions you would normally perform on your wobble chair will help set your workouts up for success!  Need exercises to do that will support your spine?
