Presidential Search

Anderson Hall towerThe search for Maryville College’s next president is progressing well and on schedule, according to Dr. Mary Kay Sullivan, chair of the MC Board of Directors and co-chair of the Presidential Search Committee. Members of the committee individually reviewed more than 70 applications for the position in December and are now in the process of interviewing candidates. Sullivan said she and others have been pleased with the number and quality of candidates and “have every reason to believe that our search will come to a successful conclusion.” The committee’s goal is to complete interviews and assessments of top candidates in time for the Board of Directors to appoint the 12th president during its February 2020 meeting.
