The City of San Rafael is in the process of updating its General Plan, a state-mandated document that articulates the city’s vision for its future, along with policies to help it achieve that vision. The current update to the General Plan 2020 is an effort to incorporate the projects, priorities, and challenges that have emerged since the current Plan was adopted in 2004.
The City is in the process of collecting feedback from our community in order to update the Bret Harte section of the Neighborhoods Element. This part of the General Plan merges the best parts of the existing neighborhood plans in order to create general policies applicable to all San Rafael neighborhoods while at the same time creating specific policies for each neighborhood.
Bret Harte is allowed a single, coordinated response to this survey. The Bret Harte Community Association (BHCA) has created a survey for residents to be able to contribute. Your responses will be aggregated together anonymously with other respondents and submitted on behalf of the BHCA.
We are accepting responses through Sunday, January 26th. There will be no extensions. Please feel free to take the brief survey below.
