Dr. Mufti Muhammad Zubair Usmani who is a signatory to the original fatwas has also joined our external Shariah Ethics Board as a Shariah Ethics Advisor. Dr. Aznan Hassan our retained Shariah auditor has agreed to travel to Canada this year along with Zero Chief Halal Officer Mufti Ismail Desai.Zero Mortgage follows the international standards of Shariah as set by the organization AAOIFI where 3 senior independent scholars to sign our fatwa. The AAOIFI standards state that two of the three scholars must also be senior scholars who are board members of other institutions. Institutions are also required to make their Fatwa public on a website and perform an annual Shariah Audit.

First step is to obtain a Pre Qualification Letter from Zero
Zero now offers a Pre-Qualification letter through a licensed brokerage to show the maximum financing you can obtain. To receive a Pre-Qualification Letter from Zero Mortgage, please email us to be assigned to a mortgage agent.
After you speak to our mortgage agent they will inform you of the maximum financing eligibility. You can share this letter with one of our Zero referred real estate agents or another agent of your choice to start looking for a home. You can also use this letter to book a new home.
