Hello Hudson Farmers' Market Friends!
WELCOME to the 2020 Hudson IndoorFarmersMarket! We are so very happy to bring you all the quality and variety that you have come to expect from us over the years.
We hope your holidays were bright and your New Year (whoa, NEW DECADE!) is starting off with a bang!
Our vendors certainly needed the January break. So a huge THANK YOUfor not rioting or blowing up our emails/DMs!
We know it's tough to wait out-- you guys need greens and crustybread-- but all our vendors need the ample rest and deeprejuvenation that we sorely forgo during the growing season.
PLUS lots of dreaming happens during this respite! Our vendors start imagining what's next for their businesses-- how much they will grow, what new products they willbring to market, how they can connectwith more customers.
AND, above all, our January dreaming sets the stage for initial planning. This is most certainly the quiet before the storm! Just like March coming in like a lion, so do all the things we need to put into play to keep the show running smoothly!
So here's our weekly line up:
Blue Star Farm, Rock N Raw, Sparrowbush Farm, Happy Belly, Cedar Farm Flowers, Roadhouse Roasters, Trixie's Oven, Alima's West African Cusine, Gina's Empanadas, Ardith Mae, Ben's Bagels, Billy's Italian Market, Farm at Miller's Crossing, Churchtown Gardens, Northern Star Farm, Berkshire Mountain Bakery, Martins Farm, Samascott Orchard, Red Oak Farm, and Mei's Dumplings.
Guest vendors this week are Spacey Tracy Pickles and Red Box Letterpress.
And here's our featured bit of beauty for the week:
Churchtown Garden's vegetarian mushroom bourguignon mini pies! These sumptuously delicious pies are created with David's magical handmadepuff pastry-- both gluten full and gluten free versions available!-- filled with a hearty mix of the best veggies and herbs. He will also have his famous chicken pot pies too! These are the perfect treat to bring home for those meals you do not want to cook, but want to have something comforting, healthy, and homemade.
You can find us at the Hudson Elks Lodge at 601 Union Street from 10am to 1pm! We'll have The Kitchen Girls bringing some hard stomping tunes and we'll be sharing good stories from our Winter Break!
We are so excited and can't wait to see you all THISSaturday! Remember to bring your reusablebags and brightfaces ❤❤
