Greetings Lean In Community!  

Happy New Year & welcome to the new decade!  

We ushered 2020 with our first circle dialogue of the year; Sexual Harassment: Let’s Talk About It. The dialogue aimed to have an open discussion and sharing about sexual harassment from how one defines sexual harassment, there is no discrimination in gender when it comes to sexual harassment up to the actions to be taken by each parties (individual, community, workplace and law). We heard big impactful stories and were so proud of our circles for dealing this with bravery and dignity! Do watch out for this space as there will be more exciting things line up for the year.
