HANDS ON LEARNING

Last week we kicked off our hands-on-learning sessions with local schools with back-to-back-to-back field trips! 

Students from Learning Works Charter School (Pasadena & Boyle Heights campuses) & New Horizon School, enjoyed making jam, smelling and tasting all sorts of herbs, petting chickens and much more!

We hope these educational farm experiences teaches the importance of where our food comes from and how each of them could implement small steps towards a more sustainable life,
