3. Iranian Student Deported From Boston Despite Court Order; Federal Judge Dismisses Case
A federal judge in Boston dismissed the case Tuesday, declaring it moot. The judge added he did not believe he had the authority to order U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow the 24-year-old back.

5. Trump Impeachment Trial Recap: Republicans Balk At McConnell Over Session Rules
The Senate majority leader's own members didn't want to go along with his first vision for the procedure in the impeachment trial. But the GOP did reject calls for more witnesses and evidence.
