The new construction project, owned by the City of Meriden, consists of three buildings offering townhome units, apartment-style dwellings, a parking garage, and office/conference space. A percentage of the 81 total dwellings will be affordable, and several will be accessible Type A units. The development is being designed for Passive House construction in compliance with PHIUS+ certification criteria.
Visit is limited to 20 attendees.
