AVOCA WEST MOVIE NIGHT RECAP & THANK YOU NOTE
The excellence and dedication of this year's Movie Night Committee drove the success of the beloved event and it was greatly supported by 260 families who braved the weather, cozied up and enjoyed the movie "Smallfoot." A special thanks to the Popa Family, the Schiffman Family and local business, Stormy's Tavern & Grill, who further supported our fundraising goals through their purchase of movie night sponsorships. In all, over $1,300 was raised. The PTC would also like to extend a special thanks to the individuals who inspire hard work and volunteerism in all of us: Event Chair Melanie Morrow and Eric Morrow; Fundraising Director Kristen Barry; and Volunteers Kelly Arroyo, Rick Blidner, Dorothy Elfring, Ross Freidman, Peter Heinz, Hallie Herz, Claire Lawrence, Susan Lovell, Madison Morris, Melina Papadopoulos, Madhavi Polisetti, the Girl Scouts troop, and everyone else who volunteered at the event.

Are you looking for a way to better serve the school district? The PTC’s Executive Board has numerous vacancies in the upcoming school year, so consider one of these open positions. The community's beloved Fun Fair and Silent Auction event is right around the corner, so be sure to mark your calendars for February 23, 2020 from 12-3pm.
Enjoy unlimited games, entertainment and bouncy fun! Food is an important fuel to keep you and your kids moving throughout the event, which is why there is FREE popcorn and cotton candy with entry.
Fresh food will be available for purchase from Irving's for Red Hot Lovers, including: hotdogs, veggie dogs, Italian beef, chips, soda, and water.
