Two Things for Tuesday
Moving day is big but so is "pending day". (Not as catchy however ...)
We wish our clients all the best as they move into their sweet ranch in Belmont on Aaronsway. Backing up to the White Pine Trail, this home boasts new windows, siding, granite countertops, flooring, bathrooms and paint. We can see their crew enjoying this winter in their gorgeous family room made warm and cozy by the fieldstone fireplace. Congrats, guys!
Another congratulations goes to our clients who accepted an offer on their beautiful home on Lake Drive. This turnkey classic East Grand Rapids colonial is just steps from everything; schools, restaurants, and Reeds Lake. This extreme walkability may be just what sold the buyers - knowing they could hang in Gaslight and continue entertaining at home with built in speakers in the open kitchen, screened porch and out on the deck. The gourmet kitchen with high end appliances probably helped too. Or maybe it was the spacious living room with a stunning fireplace, built ins and plenty of original character. Whatever it was that "sold them", we are thrilled for our clients who now have a pending sale!
