Dear TrueNorth Kitchen Subscribers, 

Come into our office to check out what's in the Deli case this week! It is stocked daily with your favorite pre-made and packaged entrees, soups, salads, vegetable dishes and desserts.

This week's dishes:
Sweet Potato Ragout; Root Vegetable Gratin; Hawaiian Salad; Curtido; Passionfruit and Mango Pie
 
 
 
Sweet Potato Ragout: Portabella mushrooms, sweet potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, red bell peppers, cashews, vegetable broth, arugula, and lemon juice.
 
 
Root Vegetable Gratin: Yukon gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, red onions, yellow onions, garlic, thyme, allspice, brown rice flour, cashews, and vegetable broth.
 
 
Hawaiian Salad: Green cabbage, jicama, grapefruit, mangoes, cilantro, macadamia nuts, ginger, apple juice and sesame seeds.
 
 
Curtido: Green cabbage, beets, carrots, red onions, celery, basil, oregano and rice vinegar.
 
 
Passionfruit and Mango Pie: Crust: dates, pecans, vanilla, and soy milk. Pie: mango, coconut milk, cashews, passion fruit, agar flakes, apple juice, nectarines, and dates.
