It's Time To Reclaim Your Productivity

My Contact Pro

At first glance, this is an add-on text message (SMS) marketing/communication module that integrates closely with your patients in Paradigm Clinical.

You can contact multiple patients at once and streamline your communication with its flexible 2-way SMS system. It can improve your workflow and efficiency by running lists to send specific messages en masse. In other words, you'll be able to automate the process and no longer have to contact each patient one-by-one.

However, My Contact Pro can do more than sending bulk SMS. It has many other features beneficial to your office's productivity, such as:

 

Working Online Lists - Paradigm Integration

When you create SMS lists to contact your patients, it also doubles as a working online list that's integrated with your Paradigm database. This means you can keep both areas updated in real-time and reduce human errors. 

e.g. a patient confirming a booking will automatically be removed from the My Contact Pro list and their appointment will be automatically marked as confirmed in Paradigm.

 

Templates and Automated Messages

Never miss sending appointment confirmations and reminders again! My Contact Pro can help you send out messages automatically at a set time interval e.g. one week before an appointment. You can also set up templates to customize your messages to quickly send out each time.
 

Appointment Waitlist after Cancellations

Once an appointment is cancelled, My Contact Pro allows you to immediately pull up your waitlist or list for any patients who want to come sooner. Select specific patients to contact to fill in the slot quickly to avoid lost revenue.

Online Forms and Surveys (Q2 2020)

Online Forms and Surveys can be accessed through any tablet will allow patients to check in on a tablet when they arrive, which will automatically notify Paradigm Clinical. They will also be able to fill out other forms such as for consent and medical history upon their arrival and customized surveys for feedback and office ratings.

 
Paradigm Dashboard (Q3 2020)

The Paradigm Dashboard, a cloud-based platform, will calculate important practice metrics that will provide valuable insight to bettering your practice.

 
Paradigm Mobile: Reviews (Q4 2020)

You'll be able to send out text messages to select patients to prompt them to leave a Google review to build your reputation. You'll also be able to send out patient surveys to receive feedback and office ratings to help improve your services.
