Round One Ticket Sales This Sunday at Noon!

Set an alarm! Tell your campmates! 500 tickets will be available for $65 as of Sunday, February 9th at 12pm EST.

Now is a good time to go to tickets.playadelfuego.org and make sure you have and remember a ticketing login, as well as your PayPal login for payment.

As Round One tickets are expected to sell fast, it is suggested that you log in BEFORE noon... and be ready to queue!

Art Grant and Volunteer Reserve Tickets

Art Grant winners and volunteers who completed a minimum of 6 hours of volunteer time for PdF’19 and registered onsite at the Participation Station are eligible for a reserved ticket.

Last weekend, a test email was sent to eligible volunteers notifying them that they are in the program. Those who qualified will be able to purchase one (1) reserve ticket for themself. Additional tickets for your camp should be purchased in the main sale.

Art Grant applications are currently open and art grant winners will be notified after applications are reviewed. Those who are awarded an Art Grant have the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) reserve tickets.

Those who have earned reserve tickets, either as an art grant winner or as a volunteer, will have access to a sale dedicated to reserved tickets after Round 2 ticket sales. Access codes will be sent to the provided email addresses before the Reserve Ticket Round opens. These tickets will be $65, the same as Round 1 ticket prices.

Hardship Application Deadlines

The Playa del Fuego community strives to be radically inclusive to everyone, regardless of income.

If you would like to join our community but will have trouble paying the full cost of a ticket, apply now for a Hardship Ticket at a 25% or 50% discount.

Applications are due 11:59 pm EST on February 6th, and recipients will receive a coupon code approximately 24 hours before the ticket sale.

Leadership & Website Recruitment

A lot of people have stepped up to take on roles for this year's PdF, but we still have some openings that need to be filled. We're still looking for 
  • At least two Parking Co-Coordinators

  • Experienced Rangers to step up to higher roles like shift leads, Khaki and Coordinators

  • Planning Committee Co-Coordinator

  • Planning Committee Treasurer

  • Drum Coordinator

  • Conclave Safety Coordinator

  • Participation Station Co-Coordinator

  • Signage Coordinator

  • Art Grant Co-Coordinator

  • Drupal-experienced tech assistance for Web Team

  • Python development, wxPython, Quality Assurance and Testing for ticketing system.
