Pork patties make a quick supper any night of the week (even in winter). Our pork patties are made using quality cuts such as fresh (unsmoked) ham and shoulder roasts. Grill them from frozen with a little bit of your favorite seasoning. Pick up a package this weekend.

Beef sold from Gillenwater Farms comes from calves that were born and raised on Jordan Gillenwater’s Montgomery county farm. Calves and cows always have free access to grass when in season and hay, also from the farm, in the winter months. They are offered a rationed blend of locally grown corn with mineral supplements sourced from a local feed mill. All beef from Gillenwater Farms contains absolutely no added hormones or chemicals, although we do reserve the right to treat with antibiotics if a cow ever becomes ill. The calves and cows love sweets just as much as we do, and sometimes get sweet treats such as apples from the farm or extra sweetcorn from Hole’s Sweetcorn in the summer!

Timing is tricky this month as I'm juggling the needs of our ewes and lambs, I've made Dark Chocolate, Coffee and Chocolate Hazelnut but I'm awaiting a time to get away from the farm to churn so I'll keep you posted when they are in the store. In the meantime, you'll find Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cookie Caramel Sundae, Buttered Caramel Pecan and Vanilla Toffee Crunch.

Wool Dryer Balls are a great sustainable gift. Remember, they don't wear out but if yours need to be re-felted for more bounce in the dryer just drop them off with your name and number and I can re-felt them for $2 each. If the dog tears them up that's a different story.
