Pricing is often overlooked and undervalued in many businesses, both start-up and mature, leading to slim or no margins, missed sales targets and in quite a number of cases business failure.
This is really not all that surprising as pricing as a topic is complicated, not intuitive and is often said to be more of an art than a science. In this workshop, you'll really increase your knowledge of this critical area for any business.

The Katapult programme is aimed at startups and founders to help them get the basics right. It's based on the learnings of over 20 years supporting early stage companies. This is an initiative of LEO DLR and the content is delivered by experts in their field.
Too often we see companies that have built their strategy on untested and unvalidated products or services. After going on the programme, participants will have a validated product or service and will understand the fundamentals of marketing, their business model, routes to market, finances, structure and how to build their product and have completed a final pitch.
It's essential that these steps are completed early in a start-up to provide the best opportunity for success and investment.
Programme Fee: €150
Time: Held across 10 Monday evenings 6pm - 9pm (starting 9th March 2020)
Location: Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan
We are now taking expressions of interest for this programme - this form will be used to assess eligibility and suitability for the Spring 2020 programme (deadline for completed forms: 4th March 2020).
