Thank you to everyone who joined us for Parent Presentation Week!
We were thrilled that you could be there to allow the students to showcase their hard work and talents for you! We are SO proud of ALL of our superstar actors and actresses! Thank you for your support of Drama Kids!

Here at Drama Kids, we love to shine a spotlight on our awesome students and the amazing talents they bring to class every week!
This week's student spotlights are...

Genesis Cuellar Genesis keeps a straight face, no matter what her scene partners are conjuring up. She makes every scene believable, allowing the audience to laugh and laugh!

Avery Waggoner Avery shows up each week with a HUGE smile on her face and an attitude that says, "Let's do this!" She's always ready to learn what it takes to become the best actress she can be. She takes all of the skills we learn and applies them to her performances, whether it's with one partner or a whole group. She steps into the spotlight and performs proudly!

Salma Baghal Salma is a true Drama Kid! She has the greatest voice and most AMAZING characters on stage! We wish we could have an audio book read by her to listen to each day!

Francis Wade Francis is always excited to be in a scene! He has the greatest voice that can be heard throughout a crowded auditorium.

Fiona Gann Fiona is such a creative genius! When she is in a scene, she brings you to the place she is at, so you feel as though you are there with her.

Andie Jane Hughen Andie Jane's enthusiasm for acting shines through in her interesting, well-developed scenes and characters! She has a natural flair for story telling in any capacity, whether it be directing, verbalizing the story-line, or acting!

ACTING ACADEMY

This week in Acting Academy, it was Parent Presentation! Parents, thank you so much for coming out to support your Drama Kids! We had a blast showing you one of the many ways we are working towards building confidence and public speaking skills. Ask your child about how they'll use the skills we worked on this week when creating characters in future classes!

LOWER PRIMARY

This week in Lower Primary, it was Parent Presentation! Each and every one of our Lower Primary students was loud, proud, and amazing up on stage this week. Parents, thank you so much for your encouragement and support. We hope you had as much fun as we did! Ask your child what was their favorite part of the presentation! (It's hard for us to choose!)

UPPER PRIMARY

This week in Upper Primary, it was Parent Presentation! We are so proud of how much our students have already learned this year and of how confident they were on stage. Parents, thank you so much for coming to class and seeing what we've been up to. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Ask your student what part of the presentation was the most fun to perform!

- February 10 - PCSSD Closed - No Drama Kids Classes

- February 18 - Baptist Prep Closed - No Drama Kids Classes

- February 21 & 24 - LRSD Closed - No Drama Kids Classes

- February 24-28 - Spring Rehearsals! Rehearsals for our Spring Performance will begin! Please note that students must attend all classes going forward.

-March 23-27 - All Schools Closed for Spring Break - No Drama Kids Classes

Thank you so much for being part of our developmental program! We look forward to instilling life-long confidence in your child's public speaking and leadership skills this year.
