15 brave icy waters to raise funds for Camp OOTB
Thanks to everyone that made this past weekend’s Polar Duck Dip a very successful one. I love seeing new and returning faces. The fellowship and gathering of so many that love this camp or those looking to have a place for their children to call home for the summer has blessed the camp more just by being apart of this event. Our goal was $15,000.00 and we are currently just over $12,000.00. So if you hadn’t had the chance to donate you still can. Bishop Sharma D. Lewis is inviting laity from around the conference for a time of connection following her return from medical leave on Feb. 8, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Woodlake UMC in Chesterfield and at five other satellite locations. "It is my deep desire to reconnect with you in a personal and special way having been away from you for six months on medical leave,” Lewis said. “Let us come together both in person and through satellite locations to have a time of worship, fellowship, anointing, sharing our hearts, and reconnecting. District UMW Fellowship Luncheon, Sat. March 14
All UMC women are invited to the United Methodist Women's Fellowship Luncheon on Saturday, March 14, 11:30 am. Johnson's UMW will host this year at their church located on 11175 Bayside Road, Machipongo, VA 23405. Sign-in begins 11:30.
