Thank you for making this all possible

Dear members of the Australian Bushfire Benefit London Company,

Firstly we all wish to say Thank you, and I can't tell you how grateful we all are and appreciative of the commitment you have made to this project.

Members of the Orchestra and Choir have just received their schedules from Bridget so I apologise for some repetition in the message. Mounting a major concert is a daunting exercise in the best of times but to pull this all together in a few weeks means that we need your help all the more to make it a success. As you can imagine a full house means more money to send home to support the bushfire relief efforts so sharing info about the event really helps. You are connected to people that we otherwise couldn't reach, and if we are lucky more shares will follow.

What you can do

Social Media

If you could do the following for us that would be fantastic and very helpful:

  1. Like our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/australianbushfirebenefitlondon/
  2. Share our fb page via your social media with the event hashtag #BushfireBenefitLDN
  3. Tag @australianbushfirebenefitlondon and include the Eventbrite booking link https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/australian-bushfire-benefit-london-tickets-89816259851 in a post to your personal page, work page etc.
  4. As social media is hungry I would be delighted to share your photo and a short bio on our facebook page. Send a video, your thoughts about the fires, your favourite poem or piece of music etc. Be creative...Email me here
  5. The artistic administration is immense. If you know anyone who would like to help behind the scenes that would be terrific eg copy writing, copy editing, proofing, design, collating artist bios, managing the art auction...and much more. Please email me here
  6. If you wish to offer any help to Bridget and Lotte with the musical administration email them here
Website

We have built a website to promote the concert, and have listed all of your names either as soloists, choristers (luxury casting here), or as a member (legend) of the orchestra.

If you could get back to me over the weekend I'll try and get the site ready for our repertoire announcement next week. For your information the programme is attached below (Please don't share until we put the word out). Any amends/corrections/change of copy etc you wish to make please email me here or call me on 07921 266 467.

If you are planning to book tickets we have a limited number of £10 student tickets remaining. Premium tickets for the post concert reception are almost sold out. Click here to book now
