      We will have oak and pine firewood for sale on the property. It was just cut and will be sold by the truck loads. You will have to load it so bring your gloves. Just a reminder to bring cash, trucks and muscle to this ranch sale.

     This nice family has lived in this twenty-acre ranch house for 40 years.  They have furniture, collectibles, tools, garden, art, decor, kitchenware, Knick knacks, books, clothing, records, vintage stereo speakers, Christmas decor, costume jewelry and so much more!
     The door opens promptly on Sat. at 8am (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on the paper posted near GATE. You will enter in order of signup.  Come early for the best selection. Come back again at 11 almost everything will be 1/2 price and fill a bag on many things. We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
